How to invite members to join my workspace ?

It is important to inform your participants to join the workspace.
You should know that globally on the app the sending of emails can take a few minutes. So don't worry if you are not notified by your email client within a minute of sending an email .

After adding participants to the workspace , the organisator should notify the participants to join the workspace. There are two ways to invite members to your workspace:

• Send inviation one by one
• Send multiple invitation

Go to the member spage by using the navigation sidebar of the app , and click ' select one by one or ' select all ' members by clicking on the checkbox on the left side of each memebrs , then click on 'Send aninvitations'.

You can also invite a member by clicking on the button "Invite" on the right of each entry.

After adding participants to the workspace , the organisator should notify the participants to join the workspace .

• Organizers are automatically invited to join their workspace by logging in with a password.
• Participants receive an optional link to the workspace at the initiave of the organizer, it is not necessary for them to define a password .
